About This Game
Stretching Together is a simple physical break that gets everyone moving synchronously. Led by the facilitator or rotating volunteers, participants do gentle stretches together. This boosts blood flow, reduces fatigue, and creates shared physical experience that bonds the team.

How to Run This Game
Facilitator Script:
"Let's take a 5-minute stretch break! Everyone stand up if you're able. If you need to stay seated, you can do seated versions of these stretches."
Actions:
- Ask everyone to stand
- Acknowledge seated participants are welcome
- Turn on cameras (if virtual)
Tips:
- • Make it optional and inclusive
- • Demonstrate each stretch
- • Keep tone light and encouraging
Facilitator Script:
"Let's start with neck rolls - slowly roll your head in a circle. Now shoulders - roll them back, and forward. Reach your arms to the sky... now side to side... touch your toes if you can. Great! Shake it all out!"
Actions:
- Demonstrate each stretch clearly
- Hold each stretch 10-15 seconds
- Include: neck, shoulders, arms, back, legs
- End with full body shake-out
