Actions:
- Set up Jenga tower in center
- Explain: pull block, read question, answer, stack on top
- Demonstrate first turn
- Establish turn order
Tips:
- • Sit in circle around tower
- • Keep answers 30-60 seconds
- • Falling tower is part of the fun!
Facilitator Script:
"[After each pull] Great! What's your question? ... Nice answer! Stack it on top. [Next person's turn]"
Actions:
- Each person: pull block carefully
- Read question out loud
- Answer the question (30-60 sec)
- Stack block on top
- Continue until tower falls or time runs out
Tips:
- • Tower usually falls 2-3 times in 30 min

- • Can ask follow-up questions
- • Some blocks may repeat - pick different nearby question
Facilitator Tips
- One-time 30-min prep for reusable game
- Works great for: small teams, 1:1s, family gatherings
